After being diagnosed with Meniere’s Disease & Vestibular Migraine and experiencing all the ups and downs (and swaying side to side!) that come with these disorders I started tracking my habits on paper to see if I could make sense of the sporadic, anxiety-inducing episodes.
I was soon noticing certain trends and identifying triggers that exacerbated my symptoms, such as foods, hormones, and stress. After trying to find an app that would track my episodes I realized that the app space was missing a vertigo tracker so I decided to make one. Necessity is the mother of invention after all!
In addition to the tracker, we’ll be including mindfulness practices such as meditation and yoga to help bring balance back to you mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Between our “invisible diseases” and everything that has been going on in the world over the last few years, now more than ever, it is so important to prioritize your mental health.
I know how I felt at my lowest point and my hope is that Vertige will empower you and help give you back control of your life.
With love & balance,
